is seeking TRAVEL CNAs - Certified Nursing Assistants 
for LTC FACILITY in Petoskey, MI

These are 8 hour shifts with openings on Days

Start date; within 2 weeks

Pay Package for Travelers:

  • 40 hours guaranteed x 13 weeks x 8 hour shifts only
  • $1320 Weekly
  • $490 Taxable Income Weekly
  • $830 Stipends Weekly (40 hours)
  • $33 Hourly Blended
  • $12.25 Hourly Taxed
  • $40 OT
  • $300 = $7.50 Meals Stipends for 40 hours
  • $530 = $13.25 Housing Stipends for 40 hours
  • Local travelers will have a completely different pay package: please inquire if interested.

6AM - 2:30PM (8 Hour Days) / No Call / Every Other Weekend (40 Hour Guarantee)

REQUIREMENTS;

  • Covid Vaccinations are REQUIRED
  • Will Need copy of Flu, MMR, Varicella, HEPB, and TDAP; no exceptions
  • Yearly Physical
  • TB Testing
  • AHA BLS ONLY
  • Michigan CNA license
  • 2 YEARS of LTC, MS, or HOME HEALTH experience is required.
  • Matching scrubs of any color
  • Self starting, proactive, problem solving individuals.
  • Resume without time gaps
  • References x 2 from Supervisors in the past year with phone number
  • Skills checklist and competency exam will be sent to applicants for completion
