Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to work in Payson, AZ.
Pay Rate:
- $2628 weekly stipends included
- $73 Blended ($42.47 hourly Taxed)

Start Date:
- 2023-07-24 or two weeks after offer.
Shift:
- Nights, 7:00PM - 7:30AM/36 hours schedule/24 hours guaranteed/Banner is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week/Must be willing to float to units where experienced
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of current experience Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
- AZ license is required
- No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will be considered - please include a copy in submission
- Minimum 24 months of current Labor and Delivery experience - REQUIRED
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission - MUST BE INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
- No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
- No time off; time off can be listed as preferred, but will not necessarily be honoredCOVID vaccination required - NO DECLINATIONS WILL BE APPROVED

Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing:
- Resume without time gaps and education notated.
- References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
- Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
- Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
- Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
- Current Yearly Physical
- TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
- BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
- Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
- Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
- Credentialing will require other documentation.
- Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
