Start Date:

Shift: - Days, 7:30A - 4:00P, Mon to Fri (8 Hour Days)
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of current experience Catheterization Laboratory Technologist unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
- OK license is required
- At least 1 year of experience - RequiredMust be able to work some of the holidays while on assignment Recent traveler experience - highly preferred ACLS AHA is preferred - Please attach to packet at time of submission if the traveler has itProfile Requirements:
Work HistorySkills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two yearsLicensure amp Certifications RCIS or compact amp BLS - AHA amp ACLSCandidates' Permanent Address Facility will consider local candidates at a reduced rate
Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing: - Resume without time gaps and education notated.
- References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
- Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
- Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
- Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
- Current Yearly Physical
- TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
- BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
- Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
- Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
- Credentialing will require other documentation.
- Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
