Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to work in New Lenox, IL.
Start Date:
- 2024-04-29T00:00:00.000Z or two weeks after offer.
Shift: - Days, 40 hours guaranteed
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of current experience Catheterization Laboratory Technologist unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
- IL license is required
- 2 years Cath Lab experience - REQUIREDExperience with heart caths PCI IABP insertions STEMI call IVUS/IFR and interventional radiology cases - REQUIRED
COVID and Flu vaccination required - NO DECLINATIONS WILL BE APPROVED **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
BLS and ACLS at time of submission - REQUIRED30 minute response time for call - REQUIRED

Skills Checklist specific to the discipline must be less than a year old2 supervisory references completed within the last yearActive License verification must be less than 30 days oldCertifications must be active at time of submission
Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing: - Resume without time gaps and education notated.
- References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
- Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
- Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
- Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
- Current Yearly Physical
- TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
- BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
- Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
- Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
- Credentialing will require other documentation.
- Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
