Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse to work in Mount Clemens, MI.

Start Date:

  • 2024-04-15T00:00:00.000Z or two weeks after offer.

Shift:
  • Nights, 3/12's with a 36 hour guarantee (no 4/12's.)


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of current experience Telemetry Registered Nurse unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
  • MI license is required
  • Please be sure to review top section of this posting! 2 Year of Experience - RequiredReady to start ASAP - Required Completion of 1 travel assignment - Required Paragon EMR Experience - Highly Preferred ACLS - Preferred Health system-wide profile standards References NOT required. A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required. All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred. Michigan license verification is required for nurses. Please provide LARA and Nursys if there is a license hit it would be in the traveler’s best interest to provide a write-up of what happened for the manager's review. Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above. Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment. IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW McLaren Macomb has incorporated a strict 3 strike attendance policy to advocate for their patient population. Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated effective immediately. Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor. This policy will begin on 2/28/2024.


Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing:
  • Resume without time gaps and education notated.
  • References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
  • Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
  • Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
  • Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
  • Current Yearly Physical
  • TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
  • BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
  • Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
  • Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
  • Credentialing will require other documentation.
  • Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
