Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to work in Windsor, VT.

Start Date:

• 2024-04-29T00:00:00.000Z or two weeks after offer.

Shift:

• Nights, 12hr NIGHTS; Will float to other Units between Acute Rehab/Acute Med Surg

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of current experience Rehabilitation Registered Nurse unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
• VT license is required
• 2 years recent Med Surg amp Rehab experience - RequiredMay float between Acute Rehab and Med SurgCHARGE RN EXPERIENCE REQUIREDPrevious Travel at least 3 months - RequiredBSN preferredProfile Requirements: Cover page if available/not requiredWork HistorySkills Checklist current to 1 year1 Supervisory Signed Reference from within the past two years of employmentLicense/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile RN license BLS ACLS and PERM ADDRESS

Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing:

• Resume without time gaps and education notated.
• References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
• Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
• Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
• Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
• Current Yearly Physical
• TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
• BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
• Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
• Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
• Credentialing will require other documentation.
• Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
