Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Laboratory Medical Technologist to work in Peterborough, NH.
Start Date:
- 2024-05-13T00:00:00.000Z or two weeks after offer.
Shift: - Days, 12 HR DAYS - Every Mon and Thurs and Every Other Weekend will work Sat and Sun for a total of 72 hr guarantee per 2 weeks
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of current experience Laboratory Medical Technologist unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
- NH license is required
- Minimum 2 years current Medical Technologist experience - RequiredASCP or AMT Required
Blood Bank experience - RequiredBachelor degree - Strongly preferredHigh Proficiency in Phlebotomy / Venipuncture RequiredGeneralist that can work all areas except Microbiology - Required Travel Experience Preferred Profile Requirements: Work HistorySkills Checklist pertinent to position current to 1 year 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from within the past two years of employmentCertifications - MUST be uploaded with profile. Can not pend
Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing: - Resume without time gaps and education notated.
- References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
- Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
- Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
- Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
- Current Yearly Physical
- TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
- BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
- Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
- Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
- Credentialing will require other documentation.
- Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
