Start Date:

Shift: - Evenings, 8hr evenings 2:45pm-11:15 pm 40hr guarantee
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of current experience Long Term Care Licensed Vocational Nurse unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
- NH license is required
- 3 years CURRENT experience within 6 mos - NON-NEGOTIABLEMust be willing to floatIV CERTIFIED PREFERRED Previous travel experience – Highly PreferredRural/small facility experience – Highly PreferredProfile Requirements: Work HistorySkills Checklist pertinent to position current to 1 year 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from within the past two years of employmentLicense/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile Current NH license and BLS 3years current experience - Facility will not pend license/certsNOTE: Background Issues/Hits MUST be disclosed at time of profile upload
Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing: - Resume without time gaps and education notated.
- References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
- Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
- Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
- Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
- Current Yearly Physical
- TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
- BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
- Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
- Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
- Credentialing will require other documentation.
- Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
