Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Psychology Licensed Vocational Nurse to work in Brattleboro, VT.
Start Date:
- 2024-05-06T00:00:00.000Z or two weeks after offer.
Shift: - Nights, 7:00PM - 7:30AM/36 hours GTD can offer 48 hours GTD if preferred/Must be willing to float to other units as needed/Must be willing to take charge shift as scheduled/Travelers will be required to make up any missed shifts prior to the end of their contract
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of current experience Behavioral Psychology Licensed Vocational Nurse unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
- VT license is required
- 5 years of experience required but will consider first time travelers - REQUIREDMust have child/adolescent psych experience listed in resume- REQUIREDMust be willing to float to other units and take charge shifts - REQUIREDCOVID vaccination and booster - REQUIRED

- References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
- Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
- Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
- Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
- Current Yearly Physical
- TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
- BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
- Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
- Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
- Credentialing will require other documentation.
- Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
