Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Psychology Licensed Vocational Nurse to work in Brattleboro, VT.

Start Date:

  • 2024-05-06T00:00:00.000Z or two weeks after offer.

Shift:
  • Nights, 7:00PM - 7:30AM/36 hours GTD can offer 48 hours GTD if preferred/Must be willing to float to other units as needed/Must be willing to take charge shift as scheduled/Travelers will be required to make up any missed shifts prior to the end of their contract


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of current experience Behavioral Psychology Licensed Vocational Nurse unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
  • VT license is required
  • 5 years of experience required but will consider first time travelers - REQUIREDMust have child/adolescent psych experience listed in resume- REQUIREDMust be willing to float to other units and take charge shifts - REQUIREDCOVID vaccination and booster - REQUIRED PROFILE REQUIREMENTS Resume with psych experience listed Ex. Psych RN - Facility - AGE GROUP/POPULATION - DATESRTO cannot exceed 7 daysPsych skills checklist within 1 year2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employmentCertifications - certifications don’t need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtainLicense - confirm they are willing and eligible to obtain please include this in the profileCOVID vaccination and booster - please confirm if they are willing to obtain Additional submission requirements for all Brattleboro positions CPI - offered onsite no need to confirm at time of submissionPlease outline what patient populations your traveler has experience withAny scheduling requests must be presented in the submission file


Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing:
  • Resume without time gaps and education notated.
  • References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
  • Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
  • Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
  • Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
  • Current Yearly Physical
  • TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
  • BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
  • Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
  • Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
  • Credentialing will require other documentation.
  • Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
