Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Clerk to work in Beverly, MA.
Start Date:
- 2024-06-17T00:00:00.000Z or two weeks after offer.
Shift: - Days, 8:00AM - 5:00PM/40 hours guaranteed
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of current experience Human Resources Clerk unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
- MA license is required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work
experience - REQUIREDMinimum of 5 years’
recruiting experience for a variety of different roles - REQUIREDMust have experience working
with C-Suite level executives - REQUIREDHigh volume recruiting experience - REQUIREDExcellent communication
organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
and as part of team - REQUIREDProficient in Microsoft and
other position applicable software applications including internet and
technology-based recruiting solutions- REQUIREDUKG or Phenom experience - Preferred
Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing: - Resume without time gaps and education notated.
- References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
- Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
- Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
- Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
- Current Yearly Physical
- TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
- BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
- Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
- Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
- Credentialing will require other documentation.
- Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
