Shift: - Nights, 11:00PM - 7:30AM/40 hours guaranteed
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of current experience Computed Tomography Technologist unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
- IL license is required
- 1 year of CT/X-Ray Technologist experience - REQUIREDMust be CT/X-Ray Technologist certified - REQUIREDGE equipment experience - REQUIREDNeonate Pediatric Adolescent Adult Geriatric patient population
COVID and FLU vaccination required - DECLINATIONS WILL BE NOT APPROVED **Please add vaccination status in the profile**Cerner and Change Healthcare PACS - preferred
PROFILE REQUIREMENTSResume Skills checklist within 1 year 2 Supervisory references Certifications must be active at time of submission CT/X-ray ARRT License must be active at time of submission Illinois IEMA doesn't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtainCOVID card and flu status Declinations will not be approved
Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing: - Resume without time gaps and education notated.
- References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
- Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
- Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
- Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
- Current Yearly Physical
- TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
- BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
- Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
- Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
- Credentialing will require other documentation.
- Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
