Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Computed Tomography Technologist to work in Bellefontaine, OH.

Start Date:

• 2024-04-29T00:00:00.000Z or two weeks after offer.

Shift:

• Nights, 40 hours GTD (WEEK 1-Tuesday 830p-7a, Wednesday 10p-7a, Friday 830p-7a, Saturday 7p-7a// WEEK 2 Sunday 7p-7a, Monday 830p-7a, Wednesday 10p-7a, Thursday 830p-7a)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of current experience Computed Tomography Technologist unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
• OH license is required
• CT experience- REQUIRED does not have to be CT certifiedProfile Requirements ResumeSkills checklist within 1 yearCertifications - must be through AHA and active at time of startCOVID and Flu - not required

Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing:

• Resume without time gaps and education notated.
• References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
• Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
• Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
• Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
• Current Yearly Physical
• TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
• BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
• Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
• Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
• Credentialing will require other documentation.
• Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
