Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Computed Tomography Technologist to work in Pittsfield, MA.
Start Date:
- 2024-05-06T00:00:00.000Z or two weeks after offer.
Shift: - Days, Five 8hr shifts, Primarily 7a-3.30p shift, but may float to other shifts as needed. 40hr guarantee
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of current experience Computed Tomography Technologist unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
- MA license is required
- Minimum 2 years current CT experienceARRT CT Certification - REQUIREDMeditech Expanse experience strongly preferredMust have completed formal JRCERT approved Radiologic Technology Program.Ability to function independently and proficiently in a high stress work intensive environment.AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO TRIO/PROFILE - PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. ANYTIME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Profile Requirements: Work HistorySkills Checklist pertinent to position current to 1 year 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from within the past two years of employmentLicense/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile Current MA license ARRT BLS covid Vaccination proofs dated on or after 10/3/23 or intent to file exemption form - Facility will not pend license/certs
Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing: - Resume without time gaps and education notated.
- References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
- Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
- Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
- Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
- Current Yearly Physical
- TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
- BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
- Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
- Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
- Credentialing will require other documentation.
- Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
