Travel CNA/LNA - Psych/BHU (Days) Brattleboro, VT
Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Psychiatry Certified Nursing Assistant / Licensed Nursing Assistant to work in Brattleboro, VT. This is a Behavioral Health unit. Please read through the requirements below. Psychiatric experience is required as are 3 successfully completed travel assignments.
Pay Package
- $1692 weekly with stipends included
- $47 Blended ($16.47 hourly taxed) Start Date:
- 2023-06-26 or two weeks after offer.
Shift:
- Days, 12 hour dayshifts float/36 hour guarantee
- Must be willing to float to other units as needed
- Must be willing to take charge shift as scheduled
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of current experience Psychiatry Certified Nursing Assistant unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
- VT license is required
- Psych/Behavioral Health Experience - REQUIRED
- At least 3 previous travel assignments (successfully completed) - REQUIRED
- Experience working with child/adolescent patient populations - REQUIRED
- COVID vaccination and booster - REQUIRED
- Willing to float to other units
- Additional submission requirements VT License
- Please outline what patient populations you have experience
- 2 supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment are required at submission.
- Any scheduling requests must be presented in the submission file.
Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing:
- Resume without time gaps and education notated.
- References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
- Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
- Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
- Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
- Current Yearly Physical
- TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
- BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
- Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
- Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
- Credentialing will require other documentation.
- Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
