Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Clinic Medical Assistant to work in Pittsfield, MA.

Start Date:

  • 2024-04-15T00:00:00.000Z or two weeks after offer.

Shift:
  • Days, Must be able to cover alternate shifts and locations: Pittsfield 7:45am-4:15pm, 8:15am-4:45pm, 8:30am-5pm, 8:45am-5:15pm 40hr guarantee


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of current experience Clinic Medical Assistant unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
  • MA license is required
  • 1 years current CMA experienceCMA or RMA certification required - Must be uploaded with ProfileExperience in handling multiple phone lines and excellent clerical/organizational skills are required.Experience in specimen testing preferred.High school diploma or equivalent is required.Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program is required.Medical terminology required.AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO PROFILE - PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. ANYTIME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Profile Requirements: Work HistorySkills Checklist pertinent to position current to 1 year 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from within the past two years of employmentLicense/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile CMA or RMA BLS Covid Vaccination proofs dated on or after 10/3/23 or intent to file exemption form - Facility will not pend license/certs


Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing:
  • Resume without time gaps and education notated.
  • References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
  • Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
  • Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
  • Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
  • Current Yearly Physical
  • TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
  • BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
  • Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
  • Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
  • Credentialing will require other documentation.
  • Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
