Our client is looking for an energetic and responsible individual to work as a Production Assembler. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this individual will be responsible for assembly functions associated with the manufacturing process.
The ideal candidate will have good communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and be committed to providing high-quality workmanship.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in assembly and testing of electronic assemblies in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
Under the leadership and in collaboration with the Operations Manager, the Production Assembler will:
- Read and assemble our client’s products according to assembly instructions
- Operate automated test, HiPot, and HASS environmental test systems
- Participate in incoming inspection processes and ongoing quality control checks
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Technical post-secondary education with related supplemental training and/or experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in assembly and testing of electronic assemblies in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards and practices
- Familiarity with electronics manufacturing practices and terminology, including ESD, HiPot, burn-in, SMT, AOI, and other industry terminology
- Good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and soldering skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, databases, and Outlook
- Satisfactory background check results
