Shift: - Nights, Nights (0.9 FTE: 72 Hours Per Pay Period)
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of current experience Ultrasound Sonographer unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
- MN license is required

• Graduate of an accredited program in Sonography. - Required
• 1-5 years previous experience - Preferred.
• Registered in Sonography within 2 years of graduation from an accredited program in Sonography - RequiredLicensure/Certifications Mandatory:
• RDMS Registered or Registry Eligible not required in HVI Vascular new graduates need to obtain within 24 months of hire.
- NMHC Standard
• BLS Certification - NMHC Standard
• HVI Vascular only: RVT Registered or Registry Eligible new graduates are required to obtain within 12 months of hire through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers ARDMS. - NMHC Standard
Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing: - Resume without time gaps and education notated.
- References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
- Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
- Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
- Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
- Current Yearly Physical
- TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
- BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
- Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
- Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
- Credentialing will require other documentation.
- Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
