• Hourly Salary: Min:$32.18  Mid:$41.03  Max:$49.88
  Annual Salary:
• Min:$66,934.40 Mid:$85,342.40 Max:$103,750.40
• Sign on bonus: $7,500 (details of payout discussed in interview)

• 8 hour Days
• 40 hours

• Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy or equivalent. Required. 
• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of New Hampshire. Required.
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification. Required.
• Experience in providing Physical Therapy within an outpatient care setting is preferred.  
• New graduates or other therapists who have not worked in an outpatient setting may be considered.
• BLS (AHA)
