Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Clinic Medical Assistant to work in Minnetonka, MN.
Start Date:
- 2024-05-27T00:00:00.000Z or two weeks after offer.
Shift: - Days, 80 Hours Per Pay Period, 4- 10 hour shifts 07:00AM - 05:00PM (currently have two positions open so one would have Wednesday’s off and the other would have Tuesday’s Off)
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of current experience Clinic Medical Assistant unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
- MN license is required

Education:High School graduate or equivalent i.e. GED required.Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program required on the job experience or training and participation in a registration program conducted by an accredited by a national health services organization such as American Medical Technologists and passing the credentialing exam.- RequiredMedical Assistant certification - Required
ExperiencePrevious experience in a clinical setting - RequiredPassed x-ray operator’s examination or willing to take exam according to individual clinic needs.***Now accepting LPNs for these positions Salary Range: 23.75/hour - 33/hour***
Knowledge Skills and AbilitiesMust be able to prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient manner.Knowledge of and skill in using computer software applications.Travel using personal vehicle to various local worksites is required. Only applicable for Occupational Medicine.
Required Licensure OR Certification:Current BLS Certification
Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing: - Resume without time gaps and education notated.
- References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
- Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
- Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
- Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
- Current Yearly Physical
- TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
- BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
- Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
- Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
- Credentialing will require other documentation.
- Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
