Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Telemetry Licensed Vocational Nurse to work in Rock Island, IL.
Start Date:
- or two weeks after offer.
Shift: - Nights, 12 hour shifts: 7PM-7AM
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of current experience Telemetry Licensed Vocational Nurse unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
- IL license is required
- Clinician must be available to pick up 2-3 shifts consistently every week. Please list which days the clinician is available in the submission.
Successful completion of a
Licensed Practical Nurse program from an accredited college. - Required
Experience
or clinical time in Post-Acute Care or an Acute Care environment.- Preferred
Current licensure in good standing to
practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in primary state. Must apply within 90
days for licensure in secondary state. - Required
Must
possess and maintain current Basic Life Support BLS and ACLS certification or
obtain certification within three 3 months from date of hire. - RequiredValid Drivers License. Work may occasionally require travel to other UPH facilities. May drive a UPH vehicle rental or own
vehicle. - Required

Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing: - Resume without time gaps and education notated.
- References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
- Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
- Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
- Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
- Current Yearly Physical
- TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
- BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
- Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
- Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
- Credentialing will require other documentation.
- Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
