About the Role

Orthopedic Sales Representative
Location: Naples, FL
Work Model: Field-Based / Local Territory
Territory: Collier County

We’re looking for an Orthopedic Sales Representative to partner with the Naples Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for assigned Arthrex products and services.

What You’ll Do

• Manage your assigned territory, accounts, and sales activities.
• Drive sales of orthopedic and sports medicine products.
• Build relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and surgery centers.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and introduce additional products.
• Develop competitive sales strategies and targeted campaigns.
• Conduct product presentations and sales activities.
• Share customer and market feedback with management.
• Travel throughout Collier County to support customers.
• Be available for occasional weekend work when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of Arthrex, Arthrex agency, or competitive sports medicine/orthopedic sales experience.
• Experience with arthroscopy, extremities, sports medicine, or orthopedic products.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Professional and confident when working with healthcare professionals.
