General Labor - Warehouse - Charlotte

Want to get your foot in the door of one of America's top logistics and transportation companies?

Staffmax is sending staff to help our client set up a new warehouse. This assignment is expected to last at least 5 weeks.

Tasks:

• Clean the warehouse and ensure its prepared to begin operations
• Load and unload trucks at the loading dock
• Assemble items such as racks, pick carts, and signs for the warehouse.
• Install assembled signs
• Put safety stickers on the floors and racks
• Pasting tapes (red& yellow) on floor and other instruction stickers on walls and washrooms.

Requirements:

• Workers must have steel-toe shoes
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
• Must be able to walk and stand for whole 8 hours shift.
• Must pay attention to details and perform other duties as assigned.

Salary: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

 

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

 

Experience:

 

• Warehouse experience: 2 years (Preferred)
• Labor: 2 years (Preferred)

 

License/Certification:

 

• Forklift or scissor lift certificate (Preferred)
