Job Overview:
We are looking for dedicated Factory Workers to join our production team. The successful candidates will ensure that our products meet quality specifications while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that products being produced and packaged adhere to quality specifications.
- Arrive to work on time with all necessary tools to perform tasks.
- Dispose of waste or defective products in the correct containers.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area throughout and after each shift.
- Collaborate closely with other crew members to achieve production goals.
- Follow all job procedures as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual.
- Adhere to health and safety rules as detailed in the employee handbook.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent, with basic math skills.
- Ability to work with speed and accuracy to keep up with the production process.
- Dependable team player with punctuality.
- Effective communication skills are essential.
- Excellent attendance and strong work habits.
- Experience with safety awareness in a factory or manufacturing environment.
- must be available for flex shifts (Factory is open 24/7)
