Position: Facility Coordinator L2 - Sr. Maintenance Worker
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Payrate: $28/hr
Shift: 5, 8Hr 05:00 - 13:30
Start Date: 5/27
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5+ years of progressive journeyman-level experience in building maintenance and equipment repair
- Experience with hand and power tools needed for routine maintenance
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Word
- Valid CA Driver's License and reliable transportation
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical experience

Important Notes:
- This position will support maintenance needs at outpatient clinics throughout LA County
- Mileage Reimbursement
Primary Duties:
- Provides building maintenance and repair to include
- HVAC system monitoring and basic repair
- Plumbing maintenance and drain repair
- Electrical and lighting repair
- Furniture and office equipment repair
- Wall cover repair to include painting and texturing, etc.
- Assists in the disposition and control of inventories allocated to warehouse storage.
- Provides minor janitorial support as necessary for the sanitary delivery of clinical services.
- Coordinates room set-up and preparation for meetings and other events.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
