Customer Service Representative- Winnipeg

Staffmax, in collaboration with our client in Winnipeg, MB, is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service associates. In this role, you will showcase your proficiency in operating cash registers while effectively managing responsibilities including shelf stocking and cleaning.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE AVAILABLE FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY

Training Start Date: Training will commence on Monday, August 14th. There is a possibility of an earlier start date this Friday – rest assured, we will promptly inform you once confirmation is received.

Duration: This position offers ongoing employment and will continue until further notice.

Age Requirement: All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Requirements: Criminal record Check

Language Skills: Strong English communication skills are essential, and fluency in French is a valuable advantage.

Physical Demands: This role involves physically demanding tasks such as lifting products and restocking shelves.

Compensation: The remuneration for this role is set at $20 per hour.

Dress Code: We kindly ask that you adhere to the following dress code guidelines:

• Attire should consist of a solid-colored button shirt, blouse, or golf shirt. Please refrain from wearing sleeveless tops or shirts with logos/advertisements. • Opt for well-maintained black pants, slacks, or jeans. • It is important to note that athletic wear, including yoga pants, is not appropriate as part of the uniform. • Choose dark-colored, closed-toe flat shoes that prioritize both comfort and safety.

Working Hours: The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. It's important to acknowledge that the store's operating hours are from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
