Job Duties:

• Answer incoming calls, emails, or chat inquiries from customers

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

• Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

• Enter and update customer information in internal systems

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed

• Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude at all times

• Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic office software
