About the Role
Staffmax Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our client’s manufacturing team in Los Vegas, NV . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC machinery and a strong focus on precision, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (mills, lathes, or similar equipment)
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Load materials and ensure machines are calibrated correctly
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Adjust machine settings to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements
- Previous experience operating CNC machinery preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
- Basic knowledge of machining processes and tools
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a manufacturing setting
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
