Wage: $12.00/hour Plus tips
Hours: 10:30am-11:00pm
 

We are seeking an experienced and professional Bartender to join our upscale Asian dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong beverage knowledge, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a refined, fast-paced environment. This role requires a polished presence, attention to detail, and a commitment to high service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve premium cocktails, wine, sake, beer, and specialty beverages to established recipes and presentation standards.

• Provide outstanding guest service by engaging with guests professionally and creating a welcoming bar atmosphere.

• Recommend beverage pairings that complement our Asian-inspired cuisine, including sushi, seafood, and signature entrées.

• Maintain strong knowledge of spirits, sake, wines, beers, and seasonal cocktail offerings.

• Ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, fully stocked, and presented to fine dining standards.

• Accurately process orders, cash, and payments using POS systems.

• Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate needs, and resolve concerns professionally.

• Follow all liquor laws, responsible service practices, health regulations, and company policies.

• Collaborate with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of bartending experience, preferably in upscale, fine dining, or high-volume restaurant settings.

• Previous experience in Asian cuisine, sushi, or hospitality environments is an asset.

• Strong cocktail knowledge and experience with premium spirits, wine, and sake service.

• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
